About Jaemee
Jaemee has been playing over two decades and have over 15 years of extensive teaching in Seattle area. She believes in introducing students to experience the joy of music by providing them foundational knowledge and skills, to be inspired and motivated.
Grasping a solid technical foundation is just as important as building facile reading skills however none of these count if a student is not having fun along the way.
Jaemee’s mission has been always to provide her students a well-rounded musical education while also finding that specific aspects of music that make each student come alive.
When not playing piano, Jaemee loves traveling with her family and discovering new coffee spots.

Our six year old kiddo absolutely loves music but we went through several piano teachers and finally found Jaemee. Our son has short attention span and we thought about waiting until he gets older. We are grateful to have found Jaemee and she makes the experience so much fun for kids and our son has actually improved greatly in the online environment. I’ve been taking piano lessons with Jaemee since June 2020. I’ve been struggling with anxiety preparing auditions for schools and a friend suggested reaching out to Jaemee. I’ve been a little skeptical how much she could help but I can’t thank her enough how patient and persistent she was to help me succeed. One thing that I find her stands out from the other teachers is that she provides a comfortable space for me to explore on my own musical journey.
